Sportsman wake up early in the morning. Waking up early is reduced stress level. When you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in the morning. You can start your day on an optimistic and such positivity.
The first thing they do after getting up is stretching. By stretching after you wake up, you are helping your muscles relax. By keeping up with regular stretching, you are relaxing and lengthening your muscles.
Then they have milk and protein based breakfast. For example, milk, cheese and cereals etc. Also they eat fruit yoghurt. A high protein breakfast has been shown to benefit muscle health and to support weight loss by increasing muscle mass and energy expenditure.
They start trainings early in the morning. Training allows the body to build up strength and endurance, improve skill levels and build motivation. Training also allows athletes to gain more knowledge of their sport.
They train for eight hours in a day if they want to be the best. They are going to grow their ability to do the thing better. They train so often and so well, that it becomes their “new normal”.
They go for long walks, which helps them to stay in shape. Walking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. By walking you can increase cardiovascular fitness and boost muscle power.
They have no social life. Sport and training take all their time. They spend the majority of their time in sports so there is no time for anything else.
They usually eat organic food. But except breakfast their lunches and dinners are light to keep fit. Organic foods are healthier. Chemicals and artificial colors, flavors or preservatives are not allowed in organic food.
Besides all these things, they should spend time doing their school obligations and it is difficult. They study during the training breaks.
They go to bed early, because they are tired. Sleeping is so important for them to recover and be able to train at peak level. They have sleep routine.
No pain no gain! It is road of victory!
